About the workshop

Do you find yourself overwhelmed, often stressed and feeling anxious? Do you support birthing people in their birth, labour or postpartum and want to know some easy techniques to help them feel grounded, relaxed and to get the oxyctocin flowing?

Breathwork for Birthworkers is a jam-packed workshop aiming to lift you up and get your 2022 off to a sparkling start.

Often as birthworkers, doulas, hypnobirthing practitioners and antenatal educators, we give so much of ourselves and quickly burn out by holding space for others in their birth and postpartum journeys.

This workshop invites you to take time for you and your clients.

Sara Silverstein, a trauma-informed Breathwork Guide will share with you how you can use breathwork for your own benefit and how to  share techniques with clients to raise their own wellbeing too. It's a win win, right?!

Need more detail? I got you, boo. During the workshop we'll cover:

  • What exactly is breathwork?
  • Breathwork for personal use
  • Supporting clients using breathwork

There will be space for discussion, practice and Q&A too. This is an hour of pure wellbeing, relaxation, oxytocin and joy. You don't want to miss it!
